Dear Lovely people of Tripada Academy!
I am at the halfway point of my „yoga journey“ and I arrived just now in Carmel, California, home of former Bürgermeister Clint Eastwood!
I have taken yoga every day at different studios, from „Aerial Yoga Flow“ to „Candlelight Sweet Vinyasa“ to „Yin Yoga“ to plain old „Hatha.“
While it has been interesting, I am reminded again and again that the balance and peace I have been able to culitvate at Tripada with Hans is elusive here! So go forth and do more yoga at Tripada! You’re in excellent hands!
